Applejack

I like Applejack because she's strong, like Rainbow Dash.

And that's not that bad of a reason, is it? Powers are pretty cool. Though I would say being able to best Rainbow Dash in some areas is a power of it's own. I would label her as having Super Strength. Rainbow Dash has wings that can reach insane speeds. But Applejack has legs of steel.
