I guess cathode-ray tubes aren't on their tech tree. That, or the infrastructure needed for TV doesn't last long in a world like Equestria, or perhaps the magic-rich environment makes it difficult to get clean UHF/VHF analog frequencies.
I wonder if Equestria is vulnerable to the magic version of an EMP.
Yeah, you get it by detonating Twilights in the upper atmosphere.
What if you make her explode twice?

Can you do that? Can you explode twice?

INB 4 Tara doing this in RL.
Because he know I'm going to go out in this plane and I'm going to remove one of His creations from His universe.
If Twilight explodes twice, you get zombies. And naturally occurring Liches.
So lets her explode twice.

Woo-hoo! I'm back in action, baby!

My house lost its Internet connection to a satellite for 10 days. Luckily, we finally got a guy to hook us up to a wireless tower that had gotten an upgrade and more room for people like us. So now, it's even faster than we've ever had here at my house! YES!

So, anyway, I thought it was interesting how one
YouTube comment refered to Shining Armor and Cadence as "surfer dude" and "
Mary Sue".
I don't think of SA as a surfer dude. I don't even know why some people have a problem with them. Although it would be kinda cool to see SA surfing at a beach in an episode.
Cadence does have some qualities commonly seen in a Mary Sue character. But I just don't see that as a bad thing in this case! Do you?

Cadance was likeable and well characterized, IMO.
Yeah I didn't see any issues with Cadence or SA as characters.
It could have gone wrong, but they handled it well, considering they had like two episodes to establish the characters.
OK, so I'm forcing myself (I'm only slightly enjoying it, but I want to see how it turns out, since the writer also wrote a humorous deconstruction) to read a fanfic where Twilight clones herself and proceeds to fall in love with herself. I noticed that that kind of fanfic seemed to be a cliche, so I thought up a deconstruction where Rainbow Dash gets an opposite-sex clone, but something goes wrong, making he-Rainbow asexual and she-Rainbow a sex maniac. This gets to the point where she tries to rape him, he runs off, and she becomes ashamed of what she just did, and what she's become.
