I agree that Pinkie may be along that path, but Fluttershy will only hit that if the management suddenly decides to take a The Complainer Is Always Wrong approach, which I doubt.
And Rarity's not a bitch Mousa, you're just exaggerating her personality to justify rejecting the aspects of her in which you're similar. Note that that's not meant to be accusatory, mostly teasing. Just clarifying.

I sort of see Mentally Advanced Fluttershy as the lover freak flanderization of Fluttershy, I mean she has a whiny voice, is constantly forgotten, and spends a ton of time moping and sighing about how everyone ignores her, and having none of that assertiveness character development.
