If you humans had this special powers that Kegi mentioned, what would they be?
Yeah, Andromeda is heading for you. You got over 9000 years until it collides.
Orion: I've got no idea. I don't really have much of anything I'm especially good at that stands out to me at the moment. maybe something to do with memory, finding things, or cooking. I like to think I'm at least passable as a chef, after all. Possibly some sort of short range psychic or empathic field, I'm usually traveling along the same trains of thought as a lot of my friends or match my timing to theirs anyway.

Journalism is just a gun. It's only got one bullet in it, but if you aim right, that's all you need.
My special power would something related to my mind. I can be a quick learner when I need to be, and I figure my pseudo-psychic predictions are simply highly-calculated guesses with beefed-up extrapolation.
Good night Applelight, happy dreams.

@kegisak's theory: Sounds really far fetched to me.
What I don't get is how the series is a Mormon allegory. Maybe I just don't know enough about Mormon mythology.
Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.
Well I've heard the
Alvin Maker series is a Mormon allegory. But obviously I don't know enough to tell.
Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.
Goodnight, Applelight. Glad you enjoyed the story.
@Lurker: Ah, OK. I must have missed something.
