I'm pretty sure my mom was 40 when I was born, and I don't think I got too screwed up.

It's not a hard and fast rule, just an average. There are some 90 year olds healthier than 50 year olds.

I just saw a Drawception panel with Ghostface from Scream smoking a doob. I captioned it as "Stoner Scream slayer smokes Street Salem." tongue

@story My biology teacher knows a lot of couples who are in their mid to late 30's, and their kids have an assortment of problems, from PKU to autism. You might want to look it up though, just to be sure.

That's just anecdotal evidence.

If a human where to appear in the show, I'd want him to be a cross cultured warrior.

Ok so its over 35.. and not 40 like I believed but yes there is an increased risk of problems

"The traditional age at which a woman is considered to be at high risk for chromosomal abnormalities is 35. Approximately 1 in 1, 400 babies born from women in their 20's have Down syndrome; it increases to about 1 in 100 babies born with Down syndrome from women in their 40s "

@story That's why I suggested you look it up if you want to check the facts. I'm not in a childbearing mood, so I don't really care about it.

@turtle Web MD isn't the most reliable of sources.

@Red Hi! Nice to see you again.

@Turtle Again, though, we're trying to apply this to magical ponies when you really can't.

Yeah yeah magic.. I get it.. I was posting that for Storyyeller's sake

Its still a cartoon made by humans and it seems an odd portrayal for something outside the norms of humanity

Well.

It looks like I won't be getting my computer running this weekend after all... because I wasn't aware I also needed to order a bracket for the heatsink to fit into.

While we're on that, is anybody willing to give Lyra's Lousy Day a look over before I submit it to EQD?
