@ed Yes, Lo K is very pretty. Also, the video and audio quality of A:TLA Abridged is less than satisfactory.

Any kind of victory is gonna be hard won, considering how well the villains have been doing. I can really see where you're coming from in terms of competent villainy, Ginger. Anything less than a dignified defeat would be insulting to Amon.

Considering Amon is commonly placed near the top of favorite character lists, I'd say that's a no. Most people want him to go out well.

@Chad. One of the people working on the show said he's Zuko's grandson on twitter. Also, that's a spoiler. :/

I haven't posted in the Korra thread since the last episode. Mostly because I don't have much but negative things to say and I don't really wanna kill the mood in there. Also, there's some crazy people there. I much prefer the crazy people we have here.

That Iroh guy really annoyed me. Would it kill Dante Basco to try a slightly different voice?

He's easily the best part of the show. The other villain is the next best.

@Ginger: Man, I don't really want to get into it. I just find the show very disappointing compared to ATLA (it's still decent, and a few of the episodes have been great) and I never really have anything I feel like gushing about the show so when I post it kind of looks like I'm just a hater.

Worst things about the previous episode to me were the focus on Lin (whom I do not like at all) and the Chi Blockers, whom have been established the entire show as a legitimate credible threat perfectly capable of going up to skilled benders 1 on 1 getting owned by a bunch of preteens with no actual combat experience. One of whom fought by farting on them.

To be fair, while the chi-blockers are definitely bad guys and the organization is undeniably terroristic, they were fighting kids. It's unlikely they were fighting seriously, and the fact that all of the kids were skilled probably took them by surprise. They'd also never had the chance to train against airbending, and most of them were taken out shortly after the kids arrived so it's possible it was just a sneak-attack benefit.
