@Chadaman: I'm not quite sure. Maybe I tend to have a lot to say all at once when I post? I'm not really sure how to answer that. If I formatted that in a confusing way, I could try to divide up the paragraphs more, though. Some of it might be because I don't usually do the little greeting posts that a lot of the others do, since I usually only like to post here if I have something relevant to the ponies to mention or if someone else says something that interests me (like about the puppies that needed to be rescued out of the fence).

I just google them. If you wait a few days they show up on Nick's website (but you can only watch if you're American).

Sokka at least seemed to cry out in pain when it happened. It seems to cause a pretty brief muscle spasm when it happens (Most shots it occurs in they twist up, I recall), which can hurt like a motherfucker.

EDIT: My mistake, no they do not. Still.

Sokka is just boss/used to getting hurt enough that he could carry on right afterwords.

Well, I don't think Chi-blocking is any good as a style when it comes to hitting targets that only come up to your waist, especially when said targets' martial arts style revolves almost entirely around evasion. It's almost exclusively a hand based style in its strikes. They'd have to crouch to even connect with them.

The main issue with chi blocking is range. Remember the way Meelo took them out? He just Ao E'd them. In fact! Why don't most benders use similar against them?
