Despite how much I love them, I've only seen a handful of their skits. Watched Grail.
Everything's been done. Everything has a meaning. However your life at best is to serve as a building block for others.

I've never seen Meaning of Life.
Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.

@story, no, they got on my nerves very thouroughly actually.
God, could Blackjack STOP calling herself a stupid pony in Project Horizons. It's getting really hard to take that statement seriously anymore

@Story: How were they supposed to have ending credits when they had sacked all the credit people?
Also, I need a good name for a rock star pony, because I stink at coming up with good pony names.

Seen all three Python movies, and a smattering of episodes, mostly when they were broadcast on this one channel on saturday nights. I think it was PBS. At any rate it didn't have any commercials, just like how they were originally broadcast. Usually the episodes consist of a bunch of sketches that may have loose thread connecting each other but I remember one episode (probably my favorite) that had an overarching plot that dealt with giant sentient blancmanges (pro. bloo-mawng) turning the entire population of England into Scotsmen so that they could win Wimbledon.

@ginger: Bloody peasant.
I do kind of wish they had used the original ending for Holy Grail, the final one I suppose fit's the show's randomness but isn't nearly as satisfying. I can actually picture the cast trying to recreate it now as a DVD extra with a deliberately horrible Gilliam stand in (or using his urn like they did in interviews).
Admitedly a lot of the show's humor was hit and miss. Though as I got older I came to find a lot of it's more obscure stuff funny. And Now For Something Completely Different is basically a compilation of all their best bits however, if that counts as a film, it's probably the best.

So it got stormy outside pretty fast. Time for... I don't know, scary things online or something.

I think my favorite is the Spanish Inquisition episode.

@Mousa: I'm thinking of something more along the lines of the mid-80's "surfs through the world on a sea of groupies and illicit substances" types of name. Basically, start tossing out stereotypical Hair Metal band names and something should stick.
@Applelight: Party music. There's really no other way to describe it. This is his signature song.

With the characters purpose in mind, the more ridiculous the better. If I was writing something more serious I'd totally go with one of your suggestions.

... I come back after a long day to find that we're once again on the topic of Andrew WK AND I missed out on a discussion about Juggalos? Sheesh...
Fun fact - years before he died of an overdose, one of my mom's ex-boyfriends got work as a freelance artist. He created the design for ICP's album, "Shangri-La: The Wraith".

You guys were talking about The Metamorphosis, but I just finished reading The Meowmorphosis, where instead of getting turned into a giant cockroach he turns into a kitten. The author flushed out the story a bit more by adding a piece that looks like it came from "The Trial".
The kitten definitely made it far more... readable for me... I dont like bugs.
