Hey guys, I recently learned that a guy I knew in college was arrested on 10 counts of possession of child pornography. Part of me wants to think this is some horrible mistake, but I realise that it probably isn't. I feel ill.

Lyra and Trixie dolls? Are these the little blind bag ones or the bigger brushables? Or are the brushables not out yet? I'm rather confused about that, because I had at first thought that the Wedding Lyra doll was out already but couldn't ever find it at Kmart but then I saw something that said that it comes out on July 31, so now I'm really confused.

I wouldn't mind seeing the Great and Powerful Trixie making a second appearance. After all, they strongly indicated in "Ponyville Confidential" that she has a Dark Secret without saying what it was. Maybe they'll reveal this DS if she makes a reappearance!

@Ginger Nope. It was extremely close.

As for the villain, well, the villain has issues of the psychological kind, mostly stemming from getting curbstomped by Nightmare Moon a thousand years ago, and then becoming convinced over the course of the competition that Twilight is Nightmare Moon's protege thanks to her increasingly impressive (if incredibly close) victories and the fact that Luna nominated Twilight for the competition in the first place (Celestia is one of the judges, meaning that she couldn't). She's definitely awesome and powerful, though.

The main thing I remember about The Metamorposis from an excerpt is that the guy doesn't really comment on being turned into an insect, but complains about his job instead.

I Generally prefer Ovid's Metamorphoses to Kafka's novella, but the novella is still a seminal work of fiction.
