@Lurker Nope. The bus went out of service. As in, stops taking ANYONE on board and returns to the bus depot.
So far, I haven't been able to detect a pattern in what buses go out of service. because it's not consistant at all.

Well, buses really aren't meant to be ridden the whole way around their circuits. They're meant to get you from Point A to Point B. You can't blame the bus for not doing something it wasn't meant to do. Have you ever tried just going and sitting on a bench somewhere and reading?
