They're probably right about that, Pip. At least as far as the big ones go. Stuff like Aspririn is okay, but bigger painkillers like morphine can be addictive, and that's never good. Of course, those you only really get in the hospital, but even then.

Speaking of good news, for you day-crowd folks! I am no longer homeless! I got a nice, big apartment in La Village, Montreal's gay district! I'm still not sure exactly how I feel ab out living right in the heart of downtown, but It's hard to get a better neighborhood than that, as far as downtown goes I suppose.

I'm just a little sad at the moment that my machine happened to die right in the middle of the second wing... now I'm going to have to send it out for repair and god knows how long that will take.

I guess I could haul out the backup... but I really hate that machine :(

Gay district?

Yup, the gay district.

Right along Rue St. Catherine, the main street in the district. It's actually quite nice place. they block it off from cars in the summer, and there are restuarants and bars everywhere.

There are also some... specialty stores. That I will not be checking out, no sir. Not at all.
