Hey Pony-folk, how's tricks?

I've got some good news on the housing front. I heard back from the leasing agent and the credit check and everything else came back in good order so all that needs to be done is to get the landlord's approval and she will be sending my brother and I the lease! Hopefully I'm not jinxing myself by saying that things are looking positive. The only downside is that the apartment is not available until the 15th of June. Thankfully, my parents are willing to hole me up for the two weeks or so that I'll be in limbo.

Update: We've been approved. She'll be sending the lease next week!

@Apple: Yeah... but with 3 or 4 people I'm just being much more cautious. I mean, I can handle a somewhat bad or small apartment on my own, but if it's too small for four people, well... it will end poorly.

Which is I think why I want to look for places on my own. I can adapt to anything, and being on my own means that at least it will all be fine, faults and all. No tripping over someone else, no worrying. A cat for company, and then it's just mine.

That and I just... feel like I'm ready to be on my own, you know? For real this time.

@ Drenius: All three of them decided they wanted to move out at once. Because of their incompetance and sloth, instead of finding people to replace their spots like they were supposed to, they decided it's just easier and less expensive if I move out too.
