@Edvedd: Hey, a town celebrating Wayne Brady isn't that weird. Have you ever watched Whose Line Is It Anyway?? He's pretty hilarious. Not as hilarious as Colin, though. Case in point (make sure you get to the "Opera" style song):

@DVD region: No, Singapore's in Region 1 iirc, although I'm sure I can get a "Region 0" unlocked player from somewhere.

@Rich: No. It wasn't a first-person kind of dream. It was just an episode of the show composed of the most random things possible. Like Wayne Brady.

@Teeth: Well, I had been watching a lot of Whose Line before bed actually.

Mal: Good. (bang)

The Operative: I am, of course, wearing full body armor. I'm not a moron,

@Teeth: Yes it is. grin

Oddly enough, I remember a fair chunk of the dream, which doesn't usually happen.

I didn't catch the names of all the towns, but I'm sure one of them was Fillydelphia.

well one of the brony studies finally released there data...now i'm sad...pretty sure i took that one, which mens no counting me..there were only 3 other people in my state that I can be sure are Bronies.

also on the "Least favorite of the Mane 6" question the single largest pie chunk, at 49.43% was N/A...yeah that N/A pony is so underused, it's hard to remember she even exists.

N/A is so underrated by the fanbase.

I think N/A might be Ginger's new favorite pony. She's even less loved than Applejack and Rarity combined!

In all seriousness, though, it's pretty cool that about half the fandom can't even think of a pony they would be willing to call their least favorite.

Yeah, pretty much.

The thank you TV ad is also a go, and it has support from the CEO of The Hub.

yup it's at 125% funding and still climbing. It'll be shot at Bronycon mostly a few follow up intervies after, and it's expected to be ready for distribution in September. Though they dn't have a set distribution system planned yet, they will be sending digital copies to everyone that donates $30 or more soon as it's ready.

Seems Twilight Sparkle is the fave. It's kinda nice to know since when I first saw her I was expecting her to fall into Designated Protagonist Syndrome quick.

Surprised Rainbow is underwelmingly popular considering her Wolverine Popularity. I wonder if this had anything to do with some of her Season Two outings.

huh that's interesting, while MMDW dominated the 'least favorite episode' slot, it actually WASN'T the bottom of the "most favorite" one, that was 'Owls Well...

it even beat out episode 1 in that category.

Indeed. Also, hasn't Twilight pretty much topped out just about every "best pony" poll?

She's the mane character. They're ALWAYS at the top of popularity polls (from my experience anyway)

It honestly baffles me half the time. Are people just THAT boring? [lol]

and a tie for least "least favorite" between return of Harmony part 2 and Winter Wrap Up at 1 vote each

my loving Twi has nothing to do with her being the Dihn to her Ka-Tet and everything to do with her personality.

@Ginger That's not why. Twilight is easily the most relatable character out of the six. The majority of internet goers tend to be on the socially awkward nerdy side, and Twilight exemplifies that, so lots of people see a little bit of themselves in her.

Of course, my favorite characters are the ones that are least like me, but the gap between them is small enough to be inconsequential.

hmm as suspected, the bigest upsurge in bronies joining the herd was during the break between seasons one and two, and the first month or so of season 2.

Which means bring on the growth of The Herd.

@ginger: As said Lesson Zero made her extremely loveable to me. I actually do end up liking the main characters a lot of the time, others I believe fall heavily into Designated Protagonist Syndrome. Twilight is a rare case of a main character that is not only (usually) more rashional than her co stars but NOT completely dull.

Maybe it's just because I love Straight Man characters with ENORMOUS Not so Above It All traits. That's kinda why I liked season one Applejack too.

@Ginger: For me at least, it has nothing to do with the fact that she's the main character and everything to do with the fact that I find her the most relatable cast member. And yeah, I actually find that a lot of the time the main character is bland compared to the supporting cast, and this is one of the few times the main character is just as interesting as everyone else.

@Lurker Huh, I guess I'm weird then. My favourite characters are almost never the ones that remind me the most of myself. They're either the characters who exemplify the qualities I WANT to have (AJ, Allen Walker) or who are just plain awesome (most villains)
