The real question about Changeling genetics is whether or not their transformation is on a biological level, or simply an illusion. Depending on how exactly that works, there could be any number of possible outcomes.

Yeah kinda stopped liking spoony..and this was before that tweet, loved his earlier stuff, even some of his alter stuff, but last year or so he's been going downhill fast. And i know a lot of it he's been having a shit ton of health/relationship issues lately. But still, seems he takes WAY to much of his stress out on others.
The Spoony Experiment I reviewer that's all but a member of TGWTG, one of the core initial reviewers.

My personal headcanon is that only high-level changelings can hold an alternate form for a long period of time, so my guess is that after an hour or so the glamour would wear off and they'd have an existential crisis.
I never thougt of that but it does make a lot of sense.
