AJ would have best strength and stamina for sure, Dashie would have better agility and speed, Pinkie would have high luck and evasion with good speed, Twi has absurd magic power and intellect at the cost of lots of things, Fluttershy is definitely topped up on Charisma :3 but low on a number of stats, and Rarity is definitely more into intellect and dexterity (for her crafting) with a strong side of Charisma (for her social fu).
By the way, does anyone know of any JVM implementations in Python? Google is failing me.

Depends on whether they are racially ponies to begin with. IF they are corrupted Flutter Ponies, they might be genetically compatible.
