I don't think the whip would work. AFAIK, the only stated weakness of vampires is fire.
Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.
@ Story depends on the type, Black Court have all the normal weaknesses, garlic, holy objects, silver, light, ec. but they are also the most powerful
Red Court have most of the same, sans the garlic and silver, and are a pretty much only really kilable through fire or total cranial distruction
White Court have none of them, they are just incredibly strong, fast, and resilient, but enough damage without the chance to feed will put them down.

I was referring to Twilight!Vampires. What are you talking about,
Wo D?
Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.
@Marston: I have no idea; it's just a macro of Pinkie Pie tripping out that says "That post gave me diabetes".
Looks it up - Oh you're talking about
Dresden Files.
Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.
"The Dresden Files" always sounds like the title of a detective drama to me.
Ooh, I just had a thought...
Yo ho ho and a bottle of fizzy-pop! (Mum won't let me have rum)
That post gave me diabetes
Speaking of which, I guess Bittersweet has faded into the mists of time. Good riddance.

Well...Queen Chrysalis said she didn't love Prince Shining armor, right?
Yo ho ho and a bottle of fizzy-pop! (Mum won't let me have rum)
Yes, she did, Pip. She said there was no room in her heart for him.
...and changelings
feed on love energy, right?

Pip have you ever played Monkey Island?
Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.
No, I haven't. I've never been to a monkey island.
And what's a monkey?
Anyway, I was thinking maybe she
can't love anypony. Like she'd starve to death or something...

@ Dalek, that's cause it IS a detective drama. Harry Dresden is a private detective, who also happens to be a wizard.

Not to be confused with
Dresden Codak of course.

Thread hop. How's it going Pip?
Yeah, Andromeda is heading for you. You got over 9000 years until it collides.
Just doing some thinkin', Miss Orion.
