Yeah, we don't have quite the level of special effects that you humans have managed, but they're still pretty good. I'll definitely see it at some point, but I probably won't be lining up on opening day or anything. Maybe Bon Bon and I will make a date out of it or something.

@Lyra: We mostly use special effects for things like magic, monsters, and futuristic stuff like spaceships. Since you actually have the first two, you probably don't actually need special effects as much as we do.

Also, I was amused by the way they mutated the "it's a lion, get in the car" meme by changing it around so Jesus Christ is the Lion

The worse part is that the ending was completely contrived. There was no reason for them to be apart other than the angels being dicks.

@ginger: Most people don't like the villains to constantly win. I personally prefer a bit of back and forth. The villains should always keep the upper hand, but that doesn't mean the heroes can't have victories.

@Ginger Almost all of One Piece's villains are interesting, IMO. The best thing, though, is that if they don't die, they will come back, and sometimes they become important later even if they do die. That manga is the master of Chekhov's Boomerang.
