@Ilse that's gonna leave a graph unless you have a system to go with it

y=-(X^2)23-13/23. Quadratic equation away! a=-1/23 b=0 c=-13/23

Aside from Chopper my favorite use of Zoan fruits definitely has to be Vegapunk's technique to "feed" zoan fruits to inanimate objects, giving such cool things as a gun-dog hybrid, or a sword that can turn into an elephant to crush foes.

I like it. It's cute, but really weird. Like cats. Cats are really weird animals but they're really cute. And yeah, it's terrible because I actually found an answer for a similar problem that was like 17X - 13 Y = 12. I don't remember the actual coefficients, but it was something like that tongue

@Kegi You mean the reindeer that eats the Human Human Fruit?

And how often does the inability to swim come up?

@Ilse. I assume you are trying to find the zeroes. So Quadratic Equate that bitch.

@Lurker: Oh yeah, forgot about those. Those are pretty cool I'll admit.

I still favour the Paramecia just because they can be so off the wall. Even if they aren't useful, they're always hilarious and awesome.

@Crow: Yup, that's the one.

As for the swimming thing, they are pirates, so...

But in truth, not all that often and very rarely in a serious situation. It's usually done between arcs as a gag, but it does come up often enough that it feels like it was worth putting in. Later in the series they introduce a kind of seas stone that negates powers as well, and that gets more use.

Well, considering they're pirates that travel by sea, I imagine pretty often.

[up][up] And nope, There's only one solution, if there even is one. Actually, now that I think about it, there might not have been a solution at all. The question was actually:

"If x^1 is congruent to 23 mod 13, is there a solution to x?" But I think better with algebraic equations, so I changed it to the Diophantine Equation. Oh well, it was just 10 points out of 200. I think I did pretty well on the other questions.

Okay, back with strawberries and chocolate for Mother.

@Apple Sorry for this. Oda has these hilarious Q&A sections on the manga volumes. One of which has him answering that Buggy can detach his junk and make it fly around.

[up][up] Oh yeah, I remember that! I only read a few chapters of One Piece, but I get the gist of a large part of the plot. But I remember that. I thought it was hilarious.[lol][lol]

Blech. Yeah, re: Korra yes, I was referring to the Ambush scene. That was pretty dang dark for a kid show.

The most recent episode was a HUGE exercise in teasing the shippers. Definitely agree on the "feel bad for AND laugh at Bolin" bit. I think he's my favorite character.

Yeah, Bolin is my favorite character. I.... am ashamed to admit that I want him to get together with Korra.... Grr.... I just hope I don't become a crazy shipper sad

I know exactly how you feel, Ilse. Hoooo boy I saw some ugly ship war stuff the other day - lot of people hate Asami for... something.

I can go either way with the shipping. We'll see how it turns out, but I have a bad feeling about the Sato family for some reason.tongue

[up]I don't know, she's probably sincere about liking Mako, but she seems fishy for some reason...

Yeah. He's the Sokka of this series. Plus he's an earthbender, my favourite element(Aside from airbending, but eh.), giving me all the more reason to love him.

Not really sure how I feel about the whole Mako/Korra thing, considering how tsundere they both are for each other - I've never really cared for that personality, and quite frankly I don't see why they need the shipping anyways. I legitimately think they're just doing it because they know the shippers would be rabid anyways, and they're trying to do damage control... while fucking around with the audience anyways.

[up]I keep getting this vague feeling one or more of them is an Equalist... oh well. Only time will tell.

NO! There's nothing wrong with wanting characters to end up together. The problem comes when those refuse any other scenario.

Bolin's basically Sokka minus the intelligence. And yeah, the creators are well aware of their shippers and how crazy they are.

Whatever. Story plays out how it plays out. And I figure that whoever doesn't end up with Korra'll get paired up with some other love interest anyway, so it's not like there's gonna be a "aww one of them ends up unhappy" thing.

Meanwhile I continue teasing my Mormon ponies in suggestive situations while one of them is dating a prostitute.

[up]Which makes me hope that he gets something awesome later on. What made Sokka awesome is that, as much as a doof as he was, he was awesome and brilliant. Bolin's proven to be a pretty damn good bender when he get's serious, so I think he has potential to be pretty cool. I just don't want him becoming comic relief.

Yeah.... I normally ship the ones that have more canon credibility. Like Zutara never really worked for me because Zuko and Katara had, like, no interaction together whatsoever. While Mai clearly had a crush on Zuko with her introduction. As for Sokka... eh. I'm honestly not sure who I would ship him with.

Oh, and for Korra fans, nick.com just updated their "Republic City" game. Apparently Bolin is 16... I guess he would be jailbait...

Zutara had one ship-teasey scene. And then Zuko backstabbed them and Katara threatened to kill him if he did it again.

Yeah, I can totally see them falling in love.
