Star Swirl obviously.

@ Seraph: True, that would work against her.

@ Blue: Practical Joke Shop owner's house?

Pinkie seems even more childish than usual this episode. The chase scene was amusing of course, I love Rainbow's theme music.

@ Blue iirc that's the joke shop, not a home.

Star Swirl obviously.

[lol]Not what I had invisioned. I had planned for her appartment to be in one of the buildings build in MMDW. But then again...hmmm...maybe I can work with that at the end of the fic.

I know this is a kid's show and all, but this episode seems way more like a standard kid's show than most episodes. It's not bad though, still pretty entertaining. Just seems like it's made for a younger audience. Oh, here comes Gilda.

Lol, Gilda has theme music too.

Tell us if you have any new insights on whether RD actually did it or not.

Pinkie really is being an awful friend in this episode. My sympathies would be 100% with Gilda if she didn't turn out to be a bitch. She really needs to come back some day chilled out and decent.

The pranks at the party.

I don't get it.

There's a large argument about whether RD actually placed the pranks, and if so, whether they were meant for Gilda.

some of them HAD to be meant for Gilda, but some could have just been dumb luck Gilda hit them, like the hot suace candy and dribble glass. Candles and gifts had to be intentional.

This episode has twice implied that Pinkie apparently holds Fluttershy in especially high regard. Too bad they never have any meaningful interaction!

All the voice actresses sound really different.

Dash said she planted most of pranks right?

Well it had to have been Pinkie that did the hoof-buzzer, so obviously it wasn't 100% Dash's idea.

Dash is a LOT more generically nice in this episode. It's kind of...offputting. I miss my jerk.

Considering the Vanilla Lemon Drops, either Rainbow guided Gilda to them or Gilda made a beeline for them. If so, it can be assumed that Gilda likes that food. As Gilda is one of Rainbow's oldest friends it can be assumed that she knows what her favourite foods are, either way it can be argued that Rainbow intended the prank to be set off by Gilda.

Oh, I noticed Rarity specifically mentioned that Griffons were a Rarity.

Most of the time Dash did in fact point G to the pranks. But it was Pinkie who got her with the first one, and Twilight who suggested she blow out the trick candles. I'm thinking Dash just did the prank conga thing because she thought it was funny and didn't think about how Gilda would take it, standard Rainbow thoughtlessness there.

LOL, Gilda looks so happy about blowing out candles.

well Dash would have no big issue being on the recieving end, so why would she think somepony else would.

Dash DOES ask her if the candles bothered her, so she's trying to make sure not to actually upset her. Also standard Rainbow Dash behavior. smile

Pin the tail on the Pony is Rarity's favorite game? Wow, pretty childish choice there Rarity.
