There are at least a couple of of Earth pony guards

I'd maybe swap the wis/cha bonuses for unicorns and Pegasi, personally.

Probably, unless it's a job that specifically requires a specific race. The same way women can be denied a job as men's bathroom attendants.

@ginger Well, I can think of some obvious ones.

Unicorn/EP can't be a weather worker.

EP/Pegasus probably couldn't do intricate work (machine making, etc.)

Unicorn/Pegasus would be less likely to be hired for farm work or other manual labor.
