@Seraphem:Gonna have to disagree with you there. It has been explicitly mentioned several times that Harry is one of the most powerful wizards on earth. Yeah, he's not White Council head material, but then, they have a few centuries of practice on him. As for intelligence, the last 3 or 4 books at least has included a scene where Harry thinks through all of the jumbled, disjointed information he's accrued throughout the book, and used it to leap to a genius logical conclusion that I certainly didn't see coming. He's also very good at thinking on his feet, and has managed to manipulate very intelligent foes on may occasions. He's definitely smart.

I LOVED the Captain America movie, and pretty much no else I know that it was anything special. I never understood that.

@Chadaman:Yep. It makes my posts ever so slightly less dull.

I also tend to spread my sentences out over multiple lines in an aesthetically pleasing manner.

Iron Man actually ends up leading the avengers pretty consistently in most adaption, I think. I may be wrong.

@ Blue, yeah when he takes time to think it through he's great, but he has a bad habit of not taking/having the time to do so. iirc somewhere in there is someone that says harry is in the top 50 as far as power goes. So yeah your right, I meant that compared to what he normally faces he's not that powerful, pretty much every villain after the first three books has him majorly out classed in some way.

He doesn't really NEED any development. The point of his character is that he was already, mentally, spiritually, morally, a wonderful person who embodied everything America was fighting for in WWII, but that he had a weak, frail body preventing him from doing his part in the war. Since he's already a really good guy, he doesn't have anywhere for his characterization to go, really. Kinda like Aang in Avatar, except Aang had an arc where he became slowly more responsible.

There's no orange either, which annoys me.

I watched G1 growing up, the generations after that... I couldnt stomach. The toys from G 3.5 were particularly hideous!

@Crow: The incredible hulk, Thor, Black Widow, and Hawkeye. The last two have yet to get their own movies, but there's supposed to be a Shield movie in the works.

Also some iterations of the avengers have also included Ant Man, Wasp, Spiderman and Wolverine at times. And various others.
