Hm.. Maybe I worded that wrong.

One thing I found about the first two episodes is how it throws a stereotype at us for each of the main six, and finds some way to switch it all up by the end of the pilot. Like Rarity cutting off her tail, or Rainbow Dash not using any hyperbole about the clouds/having a lot more integrity than anyone expected.

edit: Wait, you hate Dany?

...must be something in A Feast For Crows. I really need to get around to reading that.

@ Turtlebutter: Every time I try to eat hot dogs, I just can't help but think of what they're 'really made of. And then I wonder why the hell the hot dog is pink. Why?! Why is ham pink either? I don't trust pink food! Especially pink meat (Except for salmon, which is supposed to be pink). Hmmm... I veered off the conversation a little.

Question: If you were a pony, what would be your cutie mark? I think mine would be a leaf and/or maybe a map or something.

holy buck ti's that late.....dang you people and your making me lose track.

As to arrogance, I'm fine with "I'm great at this/I'm the best at X thre is" as long as they ARE as good as they think they. (Or in Dashie case they are good, but still exaggerate it, but out of a deeper seated insecurity)

it's when it goes From "I'm great" to "I'm better then YOU." that I have issues.

I wouldn't mind an episode where one of the ponies goes out of town and another pony has to watch the pets. Not Fluttershy, because that's too easy.

Well it already happened once offscreen with Spike. I think it was in Dragonshy.
