@Steve: Yeah, if there's one thing I learned in college, it's how to churn out enormous amounts of analysis. My major can be summed up as "read this, and write a paper about it". Same for my minor. I'm pretty sure that I averaged having to churn out ~70 pages of material per semester at least.
