Weirdly, for being the most sociable of the mane cast, Pinkie doesn't seem to have an especially strong attatchment to any of them does she. As in their all really good friends, but Applejack seems to be best buds with RD, Rarity with Fluttershy and TS with Spike. Pinkie doesn't seem to have a BEST friend.

Does anyone else REALLY wanna see Spike get an element of harmony?

yeah she doesn't seem to have a best friend. She seems to be the least close to Fluttershy tough and Twilight is the one most annoyed by her.
