I wasn't talking about in universe, I mean that I expect people to have a bigger problem with the fact that Braeburn and Little Buffalogirl aren't even the same species, rather than a perceived age gap.

Now that I think about it, though, Spike/Rarity has it worse. Especially on account of Spike not even being a quadruped.

But apart, all we are is just a pile of mush and some crumbly dry mess...

I know Twilight at least doesn't really take Spike's crush seriously. That could be the reason people don't think too much of it; no one really expects it to ever be serious.

On the other hand, when do Braeburn and Little Strong Heart ever interact? Like, ever? I know that's not much of a problem for this fandom, but...

I hope the crush is expanded upon and explored in future episodes (maybe one about the cast trying to get it into Spike's head that Rarity will NEVER reciprocate his feelings, at least not until he's older)

Am I only one who find Breburn/Little Stong Heart shiping creepy?

My mind's still too stuck on someone's Braeburn/Pinkie Pie ship suggestion to even really consider that.
