@ Cond, re: ginger, we are STILL trying to figure that out. Soon as we think we got something, he changes it.

Though he does seem to like Avatar, and he liked Fallout Equestria, which means you NEED to read it, if ginger liked it, you KNOW it's good.

Well, they didn't feed off emotion as such. They relied upon the emotion their targets felt toward the meat puppet they were implementing to cause either hesitance or inaction in the target themselves, allowing the black lantern to strike.
