So, I just noticed another cute little touch after rewatching a small bit of the episode. When Twilight does her little "You're marrying Cadence!" dance around Shining Armor, it exactly mimics the initial flashback during the BBBFF song, right down to Shining Armor happily rearing up a bit.

So many little things to notice. I wonder if we've completely missed any in the past?

I still love that shot of the BBBFF song where SA salutes along with those guards. Hinting that he's going to join the royal guard before it's explicitly explained

Well we discovered that Smarty Pants appears in the flashback. Also, Ginger watched The Chase and loved it, and made some very ironic comments.

A little. The difference was Twilight backed off when the facts where presented earlier, only to get suspicious when things didn't seem right.

Did you ever give 8-Bit Theater a shake? Garliand reminds me a great deal of Jack Spicer, and Princess Sara is badass.
