Who knows which one sounds cheesier?
However, I can say that, considering the way this stuff works in Equestria, it makes total sense that the power of love can do what it did. It's another form of unity, the same power that destroyed the Windigoes, and the same power of which the Elements of Harmony are a crystallized form.
It's all different focuses, I suppose. The heart of fire is unity between the three races, the Elements of Harmony represent a tight bond between all people, and love is an unfathomably strong bond, between two people who want to give all of themselves to the other.
I have a message from another time...

@Chada Well we didn't know that at the time

Hey, does anyone know if there are any Hunger Games and MLP crossover fics? I was thinking of (possibly) writing a fic (partially cause I don't have much time) but I was wondering if this was even a good idea to begin with... Hmmm...
@ L Mage: I don't know. Our fanbase is full of perverts who want tons of female characters

@Ilse: I think that's a great 63 drawing of SA, but I hate how the name has to lose the Stealth Pun of "Knight in Shining Armor."
Wait... according to Equestria Daily's followup, it is Cadance, not Cadence. What. I've been spelling it wrong for so long without noticing?!

Thread Hop, hi everyone.
My younger sister is a complete jerk, but as a big brother, I feel no responsibility for that. Not sure if that makes me a bad person or not.
"Who goes there?!"
"Stay indoors, Twilight Sparkle!"
"Be sure to brush your teeth after every meal!"
"Remember- not more than two thousand calories a day, as directed by your dietician!"
"Wash your hooves with soap and magic!"
Oh EQD, you so silly. But what was up with Luna's line there?

Yeah, it's interesting: We've had a villain who had no faith in the ideals of unity, one who chose to pervert and invert its values, a flashback to a group of monsters who were anathema to it, and now, one who used that sort of power as her own.
Question, am I the only one who thinks that changing Princess Cadance into an alicorn, apparently against Lauren Faust's wishes, was a GOOD change?Question two, am I the only one who thinks it was a good thing they didn't go into detail about the nature of alicorns/princesses?
Question 1: I don't think it affected anything at all except for that one scene where Cadance flies with Twilight on her back
Question 2: No, I agree with you on that one.

@Blue
On the latter. Yes.
On the first, you have to elaborate a bit for us.
Gay, Autistic, Nerd, Gamer, Gleek, Brony, Writer, Fan, Master Of The Ever Changing Avatar, Mad Man.
I am in fact awesome.

@Blue I had no strong feelings about her being an alicorn one way or the other. Why did you like it?

I love Russian history, and I like to pretend it takes place in an alternate universe. It's more fun that way.
It has talking bats and magic and stuff. I don't think it's even pretending to be historically accurate.
If there is anything that you are alone in thinking, it's "thinking that you're alone in thinking of your theories".

I share a room with a sister who's 7 years younger than me, and she can be quite a brat. I've been trying to be more understanding of her ever since this episode. See how long that lasts, though...
