I don't think it was so much as "blindly trust Twilight" as "if your friend has serious doubts about something you should probably at least check to see if they're even remotely founded". Kinda like Lesson Zero except she didn't freak out quite as badly.

@Ginger: I think she falls under Grotesque Cute or maybe Ugly Cute. She definitely looks freaky, but it's an adorable kind of freaky.

I thought all the holes contributed to the sense of impermanence of her appearance. She changes so often that her true form (even if it was) is insubstantial.

LOVED the fact that we saw her true eyes during her villain song.

Missed awesome moment: During the rotating shot of her shadow on the ceiling there should've been some very brief flash or hint of her true form
