@Kegi: I'll be honest, I love 4 but I can't deny that the plot dives headlong into complete absurdity after a certain point. Not all of them have that dramatic of a shift.
@Crow Actually, Kefka was REALLY competent too. He was really good at what he did, and... he's one of the only villains that's ever made me lean back from the screen in awe and go "I need to STOP this guy!" 0_0

Gau is the epitome of, useless to most,
Game Breaker to those that know the ONE exact set-up to use him right.

Hey, I'm not denying Kefka's awesomeness, he's my favorite villain in the series. Way better than Sephiroth. God, what an overhyped bitch.
I'm too crap at Final Fantasy to complete 12. (go one laugh you jerks)
Which is a shame cuz I'm sure I'd love Vayne

Tactics was good. X was epic.
Gay, Autistic, Nerd, Gamer, Gleek, Brony, Writer, Fan, Master Of The Ever Changing Avatar, Mad Man.
I am in fact awesome.
@Mage There were no good villains in X, so I didn't like it

Yeah Sephiroth overall is way way to big a bitchy momma's boy and no where near the hype, really the only thing ungodly friggen epic about him is his battle theme

I DO like Sephiroth, just ironically, not in 7.

@Crow: I can only assume so, yeah, but... I don't know, it was just such a huge blow. If I do try another it'll have to be REALLY good to make me keep caring. Like, Persona 4 kinds of good. Because I'm not even that into TBC to begin with.
VI cast is not all losers and jerks, and plenty of them get development if you do the side quests. really all of them were badass, likeable to most, and had really great interaction.
Now VII, yeah.........

Seymour had POTENTIAL to be a good villain, but he was pretty useless in the grand scheme of things. You kik his ass like 4 times
@Mage I completed it

*Has never played any Final Fantasy game.* I feel left out...
Me too
If there is anything that you are alone in thinking, it's "thinking that you're alone in thinking of your theories".
My problem with Sephiroth is that he's held up as being the villain, but he was basically being manipulated by Jenova for the entire game, who I always thought was much more interesting anyway. Why does he get all the attention?
