A large majority (woops, stupid typo) have at least some bisexuality in them, but there are people who are 100% gay or straight.

Well Word Of God is that babies ponies are made the same way real baby ponies are, so we know that. My Headcannon is that the average ponies libido is much lower then the average humans (yes they can do it just for fun but it's not as big a deal for most) Except for when a mare goes into heat. And at that point she just makes sure to not do anything to fun unless she's ready to have a foal.

Yes. Sorry, I didn't mean to exclude asexual individuals as well as people of other orientations. I guess I'm just talking about people's specific sexual desires. Of sorts. I'm not sure how to explain this.
