Well, who wants something so bad they'd be willing to put their lives at stake for it?

My first guess would be Rainbow Dash (impress the Wonderbolts, get into the team), followed by Rarity (become poplar, particularly in Canterlot).

Twilight and Fluttershy. Twilight because she would get caught up trying to figure everything out, learn all of the horrible truths, and go crazy dealing with it. Fluttershy because she simply wouldn't be able to handle all the stress and pain. Rainbow Dash and Applejack would probably last the longest. Oh, and Rarity would freak out the most about becoming undead. She would think her Soul Gem was awesome at first though.

Another question: What would their wishes be?

@Kyler I'm also tempted to say something about Applejack, because using your wish to help others hasn't seemed to work too well...

@Kuroi If you implemented the Base Camp system, would you be shopping there instead of on the map? Or would you do both? (Main reason why I'm wondering...)

He was able to grant everyone else s wishes, so why not? Honestly it seems to be implied that they actually grant their own wishes with their magical power, with Kyubey just directing it somehow. That's the only explanation I have for Madoka's wish.

It works fine. Its just that in Sayaka's case it turned out that helping others wasn't really what she wanted.

I imagine Fluttershy would make a similar wish like Madoka and use her Wish to save her animal friends from something. Twi would try to think of something she could make the most of her wish for.

Pinkie Pie would burn out quickly through sheer use of magic power. Because it's just too awesome not to.

Well, you know how we have playing cards for games like poker and all that today? Welll, originally, it was a French(?) game using a set of cards called the Tarot.

In addition to the standard four suits (which were Wands, Cups, Swords, and Pentacles instead of Clubs, Hearts, Spades, and Diamonds) which made up the Minor Arcana, there were also 22 trump cards, called the Major Arcana, which had titles like The Fool, The Emperor, Strength, Death, etc.

Eventually, the cards started to be used as a thing that could be used to read fortunes. The meanings given to each of the cards are pretty interesting, and I find it fun to see if I can find matching things in shows and stuff.

Tarrot cards were playing cards before they were used for fotune telling.

I agree that there is a significant difference in age between Celestia and Luna, whatever significant is for them. In My Little Alicorn (an excellent fanfic), it's implied to be millions of years, possibly even a billion. Of course, Celetia and Luna had pretty sucky pasts in that fanfic.

Okay, I'm not going to be able to finish all of Episode 9 before heading off to my next class, so my comments will be split a bit. Also, I have a bad feeling about what'll happen to Kyoko this or next episode...

Still want to find out Homura's wish, and what Madoka's will be...

@Red I thought Kuubey's ability to grant wishes stems from the inner power of the girl who's becoming a magi.

Also, would he really grant your wish if you said "I wish you and the rest of your species were incapable of interacting with this world and anyone in it in any way shape or form"

I did mention that, I think.

@Ginger:He's a businessman, so if someone made a wish that negatively affected him it would be within his rights to call the whole thing off.

@Ginger: Kyubey merely enables the girl to make her wish come true when she first Contracts and becomes a Magical Girl. Whether the Wish succeeds depends on her potential (Karmic weight? Influence?)

@Bluespade: Not... exactly (Madoka gets HER wish in the end and denies Kyubey his precious quota)

@Ginger: He does just facilitate the wish, yes. But he's never said tat a wish would be too difficult, implying that such cases are rare.

EDIT: Bluespade The last episode implies that he can't call off a wish after promising ne to a girl.

As I understand it, the girls' special abilities is partly based on what they wished for?

Which makes me wonder what the mane 6's abilities would be once they formed the contract.

And the more you know. Now I'm curious how my fortune would be. Knowing my luck, I'd get the death card.

@Sereg: He wouldn't tell a girl her wish was impossible most of the time.

@Ace:Yes, but he also got what he wanted out of it, a way to prevent the heat death of the universe.
