@Kyler: Who, me? I've already said that I prefer Red/Blue, so I'm not sure where you're getting that from. In any case, my point is that while under no circumstances was Kyousuke required to reciprocate Sayaka's feelings, the least he could have done was act like a decent human being and turn her down properly.

Yeah, it was a lot more recent then. It was just finishing up around that time.

@Sereg: How dense is this kid? I say that knowing full well how dense I believe him to be, but how dense do you believe him to be?

I mean, it wouldn't have been a terrible thing to do under normal circumstances; he had no way of knowing what stresses and restrictions Sayaka was under at that point, so it would normally have just been an awkward moment in their lives and they would have moved on. However...

He probably could tell at least a little, but again, I don't think he'd be particularly endeared to someone who keeps reminding him of what he lost and making him feel upset all over again (but can't get visibly mad out of politeness).

Word Of God is that he knew nothing. This is exactly what I believed at the time. It would be incredibly hypocritical of me to judge him on his inability to read people.
