Yes, that allways bug me. Why AB don't hang with Twist anymore, writers forgot about her.

Twist can be uses for plot what some tropers sujested, where one of CMC got cutie mark and others not. It better Twist taking place of one of trio because if one Cutie Mark Crusader will get CM other two will have their 10 sekonds flat later.

They meed show Twist parents and her father should be pony version of M. Night Shyamalan or even voiced by him or guy who played him in Robot Chicken.

Well, what else am I supposed to call her? She's hardly a secondary character, she only shows up in one episode, and not even as the episode's focus. And she's definitely not a primary character.

She is also not bakcgroud character. Or at least she wasn't but got demoted to backgroud. Horever in Call of Cutie she was secondary character for that ep.

She isn´t a background character, I´ll agree with Cloud there, since she does actually have a sizeable role in the story she´s featured in. I think the term we´re looking for is a tertiary character, she´s less than a secondary character, but more than an extra

He's arguing semantics, mostly. I'd have to agree with him that Twist isn't a background pony, though for a different reason; she's a supporting character in "Call of the Cutie" and then doesn't show up again, to my knowledge, especially not in the background.

There was a fic I read a while ago, I think it was called 'Twist's friend', or something like that...anyways, it was actually about Twist after Applebloom 'discards' her. It was a really nice fic.

Supporting Characters - Recurring Characters with names and speaking parts (Big Macintosh, Cheerilee, Spitfire)
One Shot Characters - Characters with names and speaking parts but only appear in one episode (Gilda, Braeburn, Trixie)
Background Ponies - (Mostly) Nameless extras used for crowd filler and occasional gags (Ditzy Doo, Lyra, Doctor Whoof)

Whatever the case, Twist is under "Minor Characters" on the characters page.
