Nothing that I've heard of. I wouldn't be surprised if we see some eventually, but I would be surprised if they were any good. Official games based on TV shows are very rarely good.

Apart from the online stuff, not likely. If there is, it's probably going to be targeting a younger audience because Hasbro isn't going to develop a video game for men in their twenties based on MLP.

There were several G3 games... with as Merchandise Driven Hasbro is there will be G4 games at some point. Will they be any good? Well, that depends on how serious Hasbro is with a tie-in video game... Have there been any good Transformers games lately? I heard War For Cybertron was good, but I haven't played it.

I would like to see a Smash Bros style game featuring various Hasbro franchises. Imagine characters from Transformers, Ponies, G.I. Joe, and Magic: The Gathering fighting on a Monopoly board. That would be pretty epic. And before you say giant robots wouldn't work, consider Optimus Prime was in a Mascot Fighter that featured Bomberman, Simon Belmont, and Solid Snake. It was a Japanese exclusive game for the Gamecube/PS2. And you thought Smash Bros was a crazy mashup...

I couldn´t see the stream for Fighting is Magic. Was there anything in it that I didn´t already see in the Alpha footage video? Cuz even that looked all shades of awesome

@Ginger They showed off more of Applejack's moves (oddly enough I didn't see a single apple thrown, she does use her lasso though) and Twilight Sparkle. She fights with a book that shoots lasers and her Palette Swap is her mom's colors.

It was also really buggy during the stream and the fights crashed a few times, so they have a lot of work to do still.

Suddenly I'm almost glad I didn't get to see it. So the game feels fresher when I finally do get my hands on it.

Of course, that could just be the sour grapes talking.

This has provoked quite possibly one of the most hilarious mental images I have had in a while. Now I really wish I'd seen the stream. Figures I'd decide to do boil perms for the exact run of time between when the stream was first mentioned here and when it shut down (well, technically, I got back with 5 mins before it shut down, but I spent those 5 mins catching up on posts here ).

^^ and ^^^ No, she'll be the REAL final boss after the player beats Nightmare Moon in Campaign mode. Of course she and her sister will be banned from tournaments due to their God Tier status, but will still be available in free play modes.

How´s Fluttershy gonna fight I wonder? For some reason I think It´d be great if she played like Jigglypuff in SSB. With lullabys that send ponies to sleep, and a "Rest"-esque move (maybe her frustrated kick from Green isn´t your Colour) which has a long warm-up time, but does insane damage if it hits.

Nah, she doesn't need to get that violent. All her moves are non-aggressive and anypony who hits her in the middle of one is wracked with guilt and starts attacking themselves instead.

All Fluttershy's moves involve acting so cute that bystanders rush in to attack for her.

Her little kick could be like Luigi's taunt from SSBM.

All Fluttershy's moves are just dodging and cowering until The Stare is charged up.

That or summoning animals from off screen to fight for her.

What about the CMC? Maybe they´ll be combined into one fighter? (in the monster guise they donned in "The Stare Master")

I´m also begging for Trixie and Gilda
