Intelligent, competent Villains who dominate from beginning to right near the end.
The hero should never win by being technically better than the the villain
The villain is introduced in a very strong way

Oh, and one side should be more morally lighter than the other. It doesn't have to be Black and White, but one side should be more in the right than the other. Preferably, it would be White and Grey Morality

@Ginger: By your criteria, the only movie I can think of off-hand that you'd like is The Dark Knight, which you've probably already seen. And for some reason, I think you would end up disliking it regardless.

I consider high activity to be when you can refresh the page and there's a new post, because then it's like a conversation. Othersie, it's really slow so you just come back and post once in a while, and it's no fun.
