Ugh. I never liked Zutara shipping. I thought it was based too much on the whole foeyay fire/water thing and didn't have any actual basis in how the characters behaved towards each other. Until season three Katara pretty consistently genuinely hated him, save for that moment in the ice cave.

That's what they all say. One of the things that allows me to stand MLP shipping is because most shippers don't pretend their pairings have any basis other than "that's cute."

Ah, Avatar.

I love how, even with it confirmed that Aang got with Katara, they had 3 or 4 kids together, and Katara confirms that they lived a happy life together, Zutara is still going strong. The most thorough ship sinking imaginable, and they continue to ignore it. Their dedication is almost admirable, in a way.

I just ship what makes for a good story. I'll drop it like a awkward phone call if something better comes along. Or juggle three at once.
