I have to admit most of my fics are f/f with a few het ships, although it's less Girl on Girl Is Hot and more that I make the ships based almost entirely on character dynamics, and there are so few well developed male characters that the f/f ships are just more interesting from a character perspective. Twilight/Applejack is probably my favorite; I just think they'd have a really interesting relationship.

I'm also ambivalent on fluttermac. Actually I'm ambivalent concerning anything dealing with 'Shy. But my opinion of her has improved from what it was.

I have no particularly strong feelings about any Fluttershy ship, although I've seen convincing fics for pretty much every member of the mane cast.

I read a Big Mac X Rainbow Dash fic that was pretty good too. I think these ships kind of depend more on the author's skill than anything else. Heck, if there's a skilled enough author, I might even be able to believe Trixie X Fluttershy or some weird ship like that.

Link? My reading list is already pretty long. I think adding one won't make much of a difference at this point XD

Fluttermac seems to have a lot more art than fanfiction around it. In any case, the pairings I find are the most overdone are:

Appledash (which replaced Pinkiedash and looks like it'll be replaced with Twidash)
Fluttermac (Token het pairing! which seems to mainly be artwork)
Twixie (I have no idea why)
Vinyltavia
Caramac (the token gay pairing, though Soarburn seems more popular nowadays)
Lyrabon (which isn't so much overdone as simply obligatory)

I know. I part of my brain tells me "Go read some Zutara stuff! It might be good! Not every Zutara shipper is rabid!" but I still can't do it >_>

That's the problem once there is an official couple, it's harder to support stuff.
