What Core 7?
They are like the others. Strange, hideous, resisting, fighting. Only these were not like the others. They did not die.

Their Leitmotif is a recurrent set of five notes that shows up in their presentation. It shows up here.

But enough about that.

Funny how someone left a rude comment on that video mere minutes before you linked it here!

That montage was confusing. I think I saw Strawberry Shortcake pull a sword on someone.

You know I keep getting the temptation to link to the various Tumblrs I find and like.

Does it make me horrible for finding askpinkaminadianepie funny? (I only know of it because I follow Central Avenue there; if you do go look at it, it's kinda creepy and violent.)

If it does, then that makes two of us.

It helps that I can separate this in my head as an alternate world from the setting proper, though.

I just realized, Twilight is the only one who has two complete freakouts in the first season and they're both in Pinkie episodes.

In other words Pinkie drives ponies fucking insane.

Am I weird for liking to come up with ideas for episodes I know will never happen?

^^Do you consider episode 10 a "Pinkie episode"?

[up]Oh don't worry, I bet many bronies have those same thoughts.

Anyways, would you like to tell of those ideas?

One of them involves a time-traveling lawnmower and intentionally tries to be surrealist.

I haven't written it.

Well there's a whole thread about Pinkie doing things and none of the others understanding why, which just seems quirky at first but in the end Pinkie comes in and saves the day with her completely unexplained knowledge and the moral of the episode is about how they should have trusted her. With all the other characters having roughly equal focus, maybe a little more on Twilight, yeah I'd say that qualifies as a Pinkie episode.

^^Huh. Phrased like that, it sounds almost exactly like you're describing "Feeling Pinkie Keen", not "Swarm of the Century".

Twilight, Pinkie and Fluttershy figured prominently in that one, Applejack not so much, and Rainbow and Rarity were entirely absent (though Rainbow was mentioned)

You know what bugs me? The whole angle about Pinkie's "Pinkie Sense" being around the whole time, when nothing about it (or, aside from Gummy, the whole episode) is ever alluded to before or after

That always bugged me, too.

I mean, a lot of cartoons could get away with that, but this one pretty much explicitly has some form of continuity (as demonstrated by the Gala arc, the CMC, etc.)

It personally doesn't bother me. I think it's obvious that we have still a lot to learn about the girl's lifes that doesn't mean there is no continity.

For example we don't know all twilight's spells nor how was her life in canterlot etc. RD life in clodsdale is a mystery too.

Wait, didn't they say that the Pinkie Sense comes and goes? It seems like a perfectly fine explanation to me.
It's pronounced "Te-ah-low-ve"
