I've heard of blind Vinyl before, but where did mute Octavia come from?

Now you've got me wondering if it is possible to build a functioning concrete tuba. It would have to be larger than normal of course, to accommodate the thicker walls that concrete would require....

Yeah, a tuba filled with concrete would be heavy. And painful.
