If they start with free Prehensile Tail, they can get their free slight Skill/Stat buff nerfed a little to balance. After all, Unicorns with sufficient creativity can learn some pretty powerful magic that is associated with their Talent (Cutie Mark), and Pegasi with training can do some serious weather attacks.

I've balanced feather fingers for pegasi, if they push too hard to hand items with their wingtips, they might damage their feathers and get penalties to their flight rolls.

Prehensile Tail is rather equivalent to Feather Fingers and, to a lesser extent, Telekinesis. You're not really giving them an advantage over the other races that way.

@Apple: Pendulum would have bonuses towards Item Crafting and Magic Item Crafting, a universal D&D skill, with further bonuses towards clockmaking.

@Apple: I have no idea, lol. Mostly Pendulum would have bonuses to any skills associated with his Talent. As for signature spells, he might be able to learn some spells related to machinery or time.
