The closest I've come to a hurricane is heavy rain.

I've lived through dozens of tornadoes, never been damaged by one. Which means I'm due, I guess.
Hmmm... Yeah, Texas is smaller than Europe. I think what I might have heard was European Union instead of just Europe? I don't know, I remember Texas' land mass to be larger than some country or something. Either way, Texas is still HUGE. Larger than most countries at least.
And yeah, Texas is just a little bit larger than France. Also, guess what our motto is? FRIENDSHIP. I have a sudden love for this state XD

The Element of Procrastination
If my memory serves me correctly (which would be a first) Texas is bigger than the whole of the UK.

When you said it was bigger than Europe, I thought you were joking.
Keep in mind that Europe is an entire continent.

My country is a bunch of islands. I'll bet there are plenty of states with more landmass than us. Most states, even.

Nevermind, I just looked it up. Texas' total land area is: 268, 581[3] sq mi (696, 241 km2)
I wonder where I got the Europe thing... I don't remember who made the comparison for me...

The Element of Procrastination
If Texas were a country, it'd be the 40th largest in the world, just ahead of Myanmar.

Well, I've finally finished re-writing the prologue for my fan-fic, after months of stalling and not doing anything. If all goes right with getting it proof-read and polished, I might even be able to publish it tonight.
And Texas WAS once a country after all. For like, 20 years. You can really tell how much I know my history can't you?
The Element of Procrastination
I live in the biggest county in the UK. Which is still tiny compared to other countries.
I am universally recognised as a mature and responsible adult.
I wish the earth was cubical so we could get a better idea of how big things are compared to each other on maps.
Eeyup. Alaska is even larger. Except not many people actually live there. But I heard it's actually a really nice place to live in, despite the cold, cabin fever, and high rates of alcoholism.
The Element of Procrastination
It's larger than all but 18 countries.
