Those are some interesting pictures. Apparently the Wonderbolts have dress uniforms. That pretty much confirms that they are a military organization.

Also, I think this is the first time that we've seen Soarin's cutie mark. It's pretty cool looking.

I wouldn't be surprised if they're promotional. They appear to be taking place during the reception/after-party, which probably won't be a large part of the episode.
