I just noticed that that clip's description has synopses of both episodes. Part 1's synopsis is slightly more detailed, but Part 2's is pretty much the same.

A Canterlot Wedding - Part 1: Twilight is confused by her conflicting feelings when she finds out her brother, Shining Armor, is marrying Princess Celestia's niece, Cadance.

A Canterlot Wedding - Part 2: Shining Armor and Cadance are set to be married, but Twilight has just discovered a dark secret about the bride-to-be.

If the marriage goes through, that makes Shining Armor a prince by marriage and Twilight a princess by blood.

Technically, she'll be equal in rank to the two sisters themselves. And the entire family will now be members of the court.
