Rich made an insensitive joke about Syd's mother dieing.

Let's just leave it, If Rich only apologizes becuase we're pushing him to, it's not worth it, just give Syd time to calm down, PM him if you want to offer support (no she didn't JUST die it was a few years ago I believe) constently bringing it up just cuases a feedback loop of negativity. Feel free to Shun him if you want, but let's not call anyone out after it's clear that won't work.
