Quick searches are useful. She's apparently some kind of famous wedding planner, so the hub got her to "host" the wedding.
I could be wrong though, I didn't really put that much effort into searching.

She's most famous for being in being in 90210 and the daughter of a famous producer, Aaron Spelling. I know too much gossip.
