Well Blueblood in the original pitch wasn't supposed to be related to Celestia, so I never take his role in their lineage very seriously.

As for Cadence: I think she was probably originally intended to be closely related to Celestia from the beginning. I'm not sure why I think that, just a gut instinct I guess...

And I meant more like, she was originally intended to be a princess, as far as I understand it from the few things Lauren has said. And yeah, I knew she originally intended her to be a unicorn. I'm just wondering now how she is related to Celestia...

The Dresden Files is basically about a wizard detective in Chicago. Not a Harry Potter wizard, more like a hybrid between Harry Potter magic and Lord of the Rings magic.

It's better than it sounds, believe me. He fights vampires, zombies, drives a zombie T-rex through Downtown Chicago...
