derpy's speed = negative squareroot

That's it! The reason for Dash's seemingly overly optimistic calculation was because she used Derpy like a normal Pegasus unit! When Twilight was recalculating after the removal of the 8 pegasi, she noticed the Derpy figure, fixed that part of the equation, leading to her more accurate estimate!
