Incidentally, that's a reference to a famous yaoi manga. The phrase 'yaranai ka' (wanna do it?) is now shorthand for that kind of thing. XD

Well, it's the same way we use 'do' or 'use' for everything. As for the connection between 'to give' and 'to screw'... yeah, that might well be intentional.
