I doubt he'll show up in the finale, they wrote/recorded that stuff LONG before they knew how big a hit Discord was, I'm pretty sure it'll be in season 3.

@Seraphem: I dunno, maybe they decided to use Discord as Book Ends for the season. But yeah, season 3 is much more likely.

We don't know what the average rating is. The fact that the other ponies remarked that he was fast after his run suggests that he is at least a little above average for an untrained pony, and that RD's training camp is going to bring everyone up well above average.

@Apple No... I think it'd be a bit nuts for her to expect everyone to reach a professional standard. I'd say the average is about 9.

RD is STILL almost double that, mind -_-

RD wouldn't necessarily need EVERYONE to be of a professional calibur, just synchronised enough and above average to break the record.

I highly doubt other towns cre much about the record

I am just saying that RD seems to be the kind of pony that would have that kind of unreasonable expectations of others. Also she is naturally competitive so it makes sense that she would care more about the record, and for others it is a good motivator.

Yeah, I'm guessing 10.0 is above average, and around 7.0 or so is average.

RD just needs to beat the record. I don't think she expects everyone to do as well as she does (what did she get? like a 14?) so she sees the importance of a group effort.
